It's sweet when the dogs groom each other. Usually it's Maggie doing the grooming, but when I was petting the boys yesterday, Ziggy started to clean Denzil's eye. Then Denzil decided to reciprocate by cleaning my leg. They're good boys.

Scout and my old cat Cosette (she died about a year ago at 18) used to groom each other. Cosy would snuggle with Scout too, but she had nothing but contempt for Spence.
ReplyDeleteI'm SO GLAD to know there are other boys who groom each other. Rugby cleans Riley's ears and eyes almost every night. If he forgets, Riley will 'remind' him by walking up to him and stuffing his face into Rugby's mouth. It's so funny--
